The food is terrible. People order fast food all the time. Residents have walked right out the front door. Police have found them roaming around town in the middle of the night. The admin knows nothing about the residents. The head nurse is a witch. They can't keep staff. It used to be better but new admission just doesn't care.
Bay Vista Assisted Living is very professionaly ran. The staff is very helpful and nice. The nurse manager Audriene is overworked and underpaid but she gets the job done. The menu is great and you have a variety to choose from. I think I made the best choice in choosing Bay Vista Assisted Living and would highly recommend it to anyone.
