Very poorly managed for the money we spend on rent. The building is not secure. Several tenants packages have been stolen including mine but management won't even install cameras in the front lobby. I've had several maintence requests that have been left incomplete or ignored completely but there are workers there all day moving trash from the other smg properties in the back lot. I had great experiences working with the property managers here. Whenever I submitted a maintenance request, the service company was there within a few hours. Maria made my process of moving in and moving out very easy. She also was very communicative during my entire stay there. Very safe environment and friendly for people of all ages. I was at the Clearview Apartments which is run by Bay View.
