This is the 17th time I've posted this review because someone keeps deleting the address from Google Maps. I will continue posting until the problems are addressed. I will also continue updating the review as things come up. If you’re planning on moving here, talk to any of the residents before making a decision. The people who live here are generally pretty nice and curteous and I’ve never had a problem with anyone. Very poorly managed for the money we spend on rent. The building is not secure. Several tenants packages have been stolen including mine but management won't even install cameras in the front lobby. I've had several maintence requests that have been left incomplete or ignored completely but there are workers there all day moving trash from the other smg properties in the back lot. I guess bayview is just the smg dump. theres never anyone in the office during the day during the hours posted on the door. oh and the pool is alw... read more
