Do NOT USE this person! I Contracted bay tax-Cindy stover to do our taxes, I’ve paid her over $4700. She has not contacted me, no work completed. She has all our paperwork. I have made every attempt to contact her. She has not tried to contact us back at all! I filed a police report.
I hired Cindy back in December of 2025. I paid her in full by February 2026. I have not heard from her, I have called week after week! I am very concerned. It is July 2026. I don’t have my paperwork, nothing has been done! Does anyone out there have any recommendations or what one should do in this situation?
DO NOT use Bay Tax Accounting! I reached out to a few tax companies online and Cindy (Czenzia) was one of the first companies to respond. I met her at a local public coffee shop to discuss my personal finances which was the first red flag. She said she was moving into a new office.
