One star review because there is no option for zero. 100% do not recommend. Absolutely the WORST accounting firm we've used in over 25 years in Virginia Beach. While her assistant, Maggie, tries to be helpful, Cindy consistently fails to meet deadlines, produce evidence of work, and refuses to communicate in any way. Her lack of professionalism and client support is truly bizarre in a customer service industry. Save yourself the headache and find another accountant.
Worst tax service I’ve ever used. You could never get a hold of them they tell you they’re going to have your product ready and then don’t deliver and then don’t answer the phones. I’ve had to reschedule to do my taxes twice still don’t have my K-1s for the business. Absolute complete lack of service. Do not use this company.
