I had to change my review because my taxes were filed incorrectly for my business (my LLC was filed as a C corp). This led to owing back taxes and fees for a Corp, but this should not have happened since my business is actually an LLC. When contacting Bay Tax they were unwilling to refile my documents correctly and I needed to find a new tax specialist.
Incompetent, made multiple errors and left off important information even after we made sure to provide all necessary documents. I acknowledge that initially we were missing one document so the first revision needed was due to our omission, but the next 2 revisions/amendments were due to his errors.
