These guys are great!
Just bought a bike from Bay Street. I visited all 4 bike shops on the island looking for a specific bike, I could not find it. The Bike Shop is always my favorite partly because they are close to me, but they didn't have too much of a selection in what I was looking to purchase. Bennett's gave me the usual same old routine "I can cover everything you need with the bikes I have here, no need to look any further" blah blah, I was in and out of NY bikes on Bay street I just didn't like the feel. Great to see staten island getting a LBS on the North shore. Great location, in between the entrance to Ft. Wadsworth (which leads to the boardwalk) and along the bike path towards the S.I Ferry. I rate it 3/3 because the store is exactly what you want out of your Local Bike Shop. The customer service is great, John, the owner, greats you with a smile and a hand shake.
