I had a great experience at Bay State physical therapy center North End. I came in with pain that had lasted for several months, and Erin, my physical therapist, was always understanding, supportive, and attentive to my needs. While it was sometimes difficult for me to stay consistent with appointments, the team was patient and accommodating. The overall environment was very positive, and everyone on staff was welcoming and supportive. Thank you, Erin for all the help, and Good Luck! Sources

I loved everyone here! Extremely kind, supportive, and patient. I was a decently complex case, as I have a health condition rather than an injury, and Lizzie supported and challenged me at every step. I had such a good time at Bay State; I was sad to graduate from my treatment! But now I have the best gift– strength and confidence that I will continue to feel better! I had a great experience with my physical therapy session! The therapist was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the appointment. I would highly recommend the North Station BSPT! The staff are all very kind, personable and professional. The physical therapy routine they designed for me progressed at a good pace and level of difficulty.
