The front desk receptionist Ariel is so patient and from the first day easily helped me book appointments and was very clear about the rescheduling policy. Annabelle was the best PT would highly recommend!

I couldn’t recommend Bay State PT enough - they have such helpful and kind staff. Dr. Matt specifically is very kind, knowledgeable and will answer any questions in an easy to understand way. I especially appreciate that he provides you with tools to assist in your recovery outside of your sessions. Also, environment is very clean and encouraging. And I have to mention their awesome receptionist Ariel who is so sweet and helpful with scheduling and insurance!!
I worked with Erin for low back pain. After a thorough evaluation she started a program 3 times weekly and added added work as I progressed. I was reassessed at every visit. I left feeling very well and with maintenance exercises for home. The office and staff were welcoming, professional and caring. I highly recommend Erin and the North Station office! If I could add more stars I’d give Erin and this office 10/10!!
