I have found PT to be a life transforming event. Gretchen was my physical therapist and I wholeheartedly recommend her if you are having trouble with range of motion, neck pain, tightness in the muscles etc. She started working with me and within a few weeks my neck issues completely went away using the workouts etc. Driving and office work feels so much better because I can turn my head without neck pain. I’ve worked with several physical therapists over time, and Nestor at Bay State truly stands out. He’s attentive, listens carefully to my concerns, and always creates thoughtful, personalized treatment plans. He’s flexible with scheduling and really makes the sessions work around my needs. The staff at the clinic are friendly, welcoming, and make every visit a positive experience. Overall, it’s an above-and-beyond, 5-star service — I always feel supported and well cared for here!
In the past year I’ve done two sessions of PT. I’ve had an amazing experience with the Physical therapists here. Their approach has been wholistic and comprehensive, and meet patients with compassion and positive support. I have fully recovered from both injuries with their help! I will be returning here for any further PT needs, and I highly recommend this practice!
