This is my second experience with Bay State Physical Therapy. Both have been quite successful. I worked with several therapist and feel very welcome and cared for. Xavier is excellent very knowledgeable and quickly able to understand what is needed based on my condition and who I am. He also leads a good team who share the same goals for their patients. My experience with Bay State Physical Therapy in Bourne was outstanding. This was my first experience with any kind of physical therapy, and I was a bit skeptical. All the staff who helped me were skilled and dedicated to my recovery. I adhered to all their instructions and am ahead of schedule and am almost back to one hundred percent. If I ever require physical therapy again, I will not consider anywhere other than Bay State Physical Therapy in Bourne.
I have been to Baystate physical therapy in Bourne after a total knee replacement and now for arthritis in my shoulder. Everyone there has been absolutely wonderful. They are very knowledgeable, compassionate, concerned with making sure that I was comfortable, and are great about educating regarding what needs to be done for follow up and at home. I highly recommend Bay State Physical Therapy. The entire staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and empathetic. I was contacted immediately upon referral and was able to receive therapy the next week. This is my second round of therapy and I will continue to go back to Baystate as needed. Thank you all at Baystate for your superb support, understanding and commitment to quality physical therapy.
