Close to where I live - nice benefit. But the big picture is that there are Bay State PT branches all over the stste - surprising! At this Sterling (MA) site, the therapists are upbeat and competent, helped me with severe hip joint pain. Good spirit! 6 mo later… back again, with new injuries. Staff is welcoming, upbeat, competent, and patient. Always cheery, good spirit. Billing, scheduling and administrative problem-solving are done well. No slip ups. A good team!
I found Bay State after tearing my ACL this past January, and I was treated prior to and post surgery. Everyone who I have worked with has been wonderful, but Erin in particular has gone above and beyond. Not only have I seen great improvement with my knee, but she is always happy to chat and listen to whatever else I have going on. I truly look forward to every appointment I have with her, and I owe so much of my progress to her dedication. I couldn’t recommend Erin or bay state enough!
I continue to utilize Baystate for all my rehab needs. The staff is very attentive and professional.
I’ve been so pleased with the work of Bay State PT - I am making great progress in resolving my balance and gait issues.
