My mom recently had a very complicated knee replacement and needed physical therapy. She has a language barrier and is naturally nervous and timid, but from the very first visit, the team at Bay State went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and cared for. Went to Bay State Physical Therapy for pain and stiffness in my neck. It has a nice clean and pleasant atmosphere. All the staff appear to be kind and professional. Caleb is an excellent therapist, he worked hard to help me with my exercises and gave great neck messages. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs physical therapy.
