The two therapists Nicole and Stephanie are kind, caring and extremely knowledgeable about specific injuries and the treatment plan for a successful recovery. The physical therapists at Bay State PT were very attentive, knowledgeable, empathetic, and skilled. The primary therapists were adept at adapting to the limitations of movement and focused on improving strength, range of motion and supporting muscle groups that assist in recovery. I’ve been going there for over five months for treatment on my neck and hip, and I’ve seen real improvement in both strength and overall comfort.
