I interact mainly with and am supported by Alex for scheduling, Devin (lead PT) and Kate (who works with Devin). I have been coming to Bay State off/on over the last 5 years. I am consistently very impressed by the skill, expertise, experience, and professionalism of this group over the years and especially now. I had an excellent experience with my physical therapist Devin. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and attentive throughout my treatment. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable and confident in my care. I also want to recognize Alex at the front desk. Alex is always friendly and helpful and makes sure my appointment times work well with my schedule. The entire experience has been wonderful, and I highly recommend this practice!
