The office receptionist always greeted me with a smile. During my physical therapy I was able to work with all the therapists. They were all caring experienced professionals who whipped me into great shape after my knee surgery. I would highly recommend them.

I have had a hip replacement and went to the Billerica Bay State Physical Therapy. They were excellent at working with me to stabilize my hip. They worked on my flexibility, strength & mobility, as well as my emotional state concerning my rehabilitation. They had a clear and effective pathway to achieve my goals. Highly unusual financial business practices. Our daughter was overcharged her copay 15 times over six months without the company noting it or stopping the overcharging or initiating any refund. When we found the error, and called their attention to it, we were told "You were on our outstanding refund list and I'm sorry it just hadn't come to my attention", which translates to we might have given you back your money had you noticed it but otherwise were going to continue using it indefinitely.
