When I saw the owners comment on this, I realized it did not include the comments I wrote for why I give 5 stars to Bay State Physical Therapy in Hingham. I cannot let that omission go, so I just want to say that I have been to PT a few times over the years. Usually, I just wanted to go in, do my thing and leave. I remember thinking about it as "a necessary evil" that I had to get through. I was grateful to the therapists but still never wanted to go. Unprofessional and inconvenient. I searched for a physical therapy location for my 80 year old grandmother and this location had appointments sooner than the rest. My grandmother does not speak English so either myself or a family member would be with her at all times due to the language barrier. Upon arrival, I literally saw the “surprised” facial expression the therapist made when we walked in (she was standing at the front desk). Amazing doctors and staff, you are in very good hands coming here!
Went to 2 other Pt places when I broke my ankle and had no results. This place did a great job. I am now back again with a bad back and have no complaints this place performs miracles.
