Everyone here is friendly and Competent. They get you in and out in a timely manner. This is my third time going here for different issues, always successful! Definitely recommend!

I came to Bay State Physical Therapy after rupturing my Achilles tendon in March, and from day one, the experience exceeded every expectation. Fantastic Therapist & team! Robin is an excellent therapist. I had rotator cuff surgery in the spring and now have complete mobilitly again due to her patient, careful and professional care. On a couple of visits I did have Kate & Sarah as my therapists. Highly recomend all of them. Must give a shoutout to Chole, who assists & supports the therapists and their patients. I came here last year for PT, i was always very comfortable here. I suffer from anxiety and never felt nervous coming here. When my doctor wanted me to come for physical therapy again, didnt have to think twice about coming back to Baystate with Robin. She is FABULOUS!
