I am currently receiving my 4th round of PT with them in the last 10 years, and the 3rd at this location. They have always been accomodating with regard to scheduling, and the staff has been caring and efficient. When my husband had his knee replaced, I naturally sent him here, and he never regretted it!
Great staff, friendly and knowledgeable. They create a plan with you when you get evaluated and reevaluate as needed. I truly enjoy going to these appointments.
I had problems with my knees and shoulders after multiple years playing tennis. This is the first time I go for physical therapy. Honestly, I didn’t believe it’s gonna help me. But the PT of Bay State Saugus changed my negative mindset. My main PT is Caitie. She is a very skillful PT. She helped me to fix my injuries within almost three months of exercise. Bay State Physical Therapy takes all kinds of insurance. They schedule your appointments out in advance, they send appointment reminders everybody is very friendly and they have excellent services. The front desk coordinator Manny is absolutely amazing. A plus they Chiropractic services and Gus. Really great service..
