I worked with Minerva and Adora and they were fantastic. Such a knowledgeable duo, very positive and upbeat personalities. It was a great time. They really helped me with my pelvic PT postpartum. They definitely made me comfortable. Adora was so knowledgeable, effective, and encouraging that I knew I could trust her care when Minerva wasnt there. Our family has been going to Bay State Physical Therapy for over five years now for our daughter who is a childhood cancer survivor. Healing from that kind of medical trauma requires immense patience and understanding of the developing human body/brain of a child. Have had a great experience with this physical therapy office. I came in for a frozen shoulder and they have worked with me to get range of motion back almost fully. The entire staff (from the front desk, the physical therapists, and the rehab aides) is very welcoming, encouraging, and knowledgeable at what they do. Chase is extremely egotistical and patronizing. She has no idea how to talk to people with health problems.
I have used Baystate Physical Therapy for all my Pt and Ot needs through the years. I have always been guided and encouraged for Success, in my health journey. I liked them all, even the ones who really pushed me when I started to slack off. Blessings
