I have been working with Minerva at Bay State Physical Therapy. She has been nothing short of wonderful. Very professional, knowledgeable and inspiring! A first impression starts at the desk and the energy when you walk in Lynn, Stephanie and Nicole make sure to greet you with a smile and always helpful when in need of scheduling or cancellations. I had an excellent experience at Bay State Physical Therapy and would highly recommend them to anyone recovering from an injury or surgery. After my shoulder surgery, I was nervous about the recovery process, but Maggie made every session comfortable, encouraging, and productive. Been coming to bay state pt for a freak incident that left me having 2 surgeries on my left leg.
