As a frequent visitor to the greater Boston area from Montreal Canada, I was in need of critical work on my Dodge RAM exhaust system (tail pipe came off and several leaks were present). Despite being fully booked, the staff at Bay State Muffler were able to squeeze me in and fix my exhaust system at a last minute notice. They were very courteous and professional and sensitive to my needs to get the job done quickly so I can enjoy the rest of my vacation time in Boston. A huge Kudos to the entire Bay State Muffler staff
I can’t say enough how impressed and appreciative that I came here. First off I will never buy another Hyundai because of their warranty,! It’s always months away for an appointment and today I can’t get an appointment anywhere until November for something I needed help with today! I was 💯 certain I had an exhaust leak.
