Brought my car in for exhaust work and the guy that calls you to explain wats wrong with your car did not explain the correct thing and my car sounds exactly how I brought it to them to begging with really bad experience would never go back
Great service and great customer service
I’ve used Bay State Muffler many times over the years, although it had been a while since my last visit. I recently brought my 4Runner in for a loud rattling noise caused by a heat shield, which they removed for me. I then swapped the 4Runner out for my FJ Cruiser, which needed some exhaust work. They installed new exhaust pipes and a new muffler, and the difference is incredible. The FJ sounds like new again, and I immediately noticed an improvement in acceleration and overall performance.
