The staff and crew were all friendly and pleasant to interact with. The ride was smooth, fast and beautiful at sunset. I’d definitely always take the Ptown ferry over driving any day. The vessel was clean and had great seating options too.

Really good customer service- however with the rough seas, all they did was stamp our ticket and didn’t announce to passengers on the boat. Many people were sick around us. The tickets are also very overpriced for the length of the trip and quality of the boat.

Great option if you’re heading to Provincetown! The ferry is reliable and a really nice way to travel across the bay with great views of the Boston skyline on the way out. Just a heads up—you’ll want to get there early since people start lining up well before boarding, which usually begins about 30 minutes before departure. The ride itself is smooth and comfortable, with plenty of seating and fresh air if you sit outside. Super convenient compared to driving, and a fun way to start your trip to P-town! Don’t buy here a round ticket, they informed us that the reservation could be modified. In case five hours of not using the ticket and not deciding to go back. However, they did not refund anything and we have to buy an additional ticket in city cruise company that is 100 times better.
