The service is absolutely TERRIBLE. Go to the one on Arden Avenue they are not owned by the same person and that location is FIVE STARS.. The employees at the bay street location are RUDE and they DESTROY YOUR LENSES AND FRAMES. They're so dumb they cant even put in lenses the first time without scratching them. They tried being nice and said they would replace the lenses that I paid $300 for BTW but they managed to stupidly scratch the lenses AGAIN plus my frames this time! Incompetent – The service here is terrible, they has me wait two and half week to advise me that my daughter's frame was not covered by her insurance and I would have to pay $150.00 out of pocket. They also lost the frames I brought in which cost over $300.00(which my insurance doesn't cover) and offered to reimburse me by offering a (free) pair that my insurance does cover, no apologies, no explanation. When I entered, the women at the counter were prevented from waiting on me because the "optician" was telling them a personal story. I don't know why I didn't walk out. Then, they made the wrong prescription for my husbands sunglasses. When I went to inquire, the "optician" shouted from the back There's nothing I can do!
