This is the one and only massage that works for me. I have issues with bruising, I can explain this over and over and yet most therapists end up leaving me hurting and full of bruises. Sheila has the perfect level of pressure for me based on just a few words in my request to use a lighter than usual touch! I would definitely recommend her.
Sheila has a very relaxing studio, it's quaint, clean and very calming. I was referred to her by my chiropractor and she was able to fit me in quickly and got my back and neck feeling back to normal! She's very kind and is excellent at massage. Would recommend her services.
