Dropped off March 7th for a March 23rd pick up. Paid a “rush fee” of an additional 30% for this timeframe. Called and stopped by Saturday to make sure all good and no answer. Regular hours posted, no sign, just not open. No call back from voicemail. Came to pick it up and it’s not ready. Personal reasons. Totally understand, things happen and it’s a small business. But no phone call. Total lack of regard for customer service basics. It’s for an out of town wedding ceremony and I leave at 6am so now have an ill fitting dress.... read more
