I contacted them in desperate need. I have a skirt that I needed hemmed for a trip to Tampa FL. It was a rush as my trip was coming up fast and I couldn't find anyone to hem it. I was very surprised when they said YES they can do it & have it done the day before my flight. 😁 I came in Thursday, she fitted me for the hem, & I left in good spirits. Dropped off March 7th for a March 23rd pick up. Paid a “rush fee” of an additional 30% for this timeframe. Called and stopped by Saturday to make sure all good and no answer. Regular hours posted, no sign, just not open. No call back from voicemail. Came to pick it up and it’s not ready. Personal reasons. Totally understand, things happen and it’s a small business.
