The administrator Kayla Graham was extremely helpful. She was polite, caring very knowledgeable. MS. Graham answered my questions and was very informative. The nursing in in an older building but the facility was clean and and well maintained.
If I can give this place 0 stars I would I came by to visit my family member who was here less than a month due to an employee exposing hippa and joking about their sexuality/gender the patio area is not a secret place for workers to discuss patients I witnessed a woman with short braids refer to my loved one as it he she whatever they want to be and even asked do you like men or women I asked my loved one was this his caretaker or nurse he stated no she manages his case this is ridiculous please don’t bring your loved one t... read more
Bay Ridge is a wonderful facility for your loved one! Everyone that works there really cares about all the residents!
My experience in this place was terrible.. My first visit to visit my love one and I hated to leave. Staff is very unprofessional. Facility was very unsanitary. I walked the whole facility and I was never asked a question not 1 question of who I was and what I needed. Whenever I asked a question every member I asked stated they were new.. Patients were in the dining facility for hours were never served a snack a drink or anything. My family and I ( the Blunson’s “ came to visit our uncle Curry Blunson, and what we discovered was absolute filth,The staff looks like they all on drugs, no one could answer any question. There was vomit on the side of the bed that the nurse stated had been there, she was about to clean it but forgot. The aide on the cart wasn’t pleasant at all when asked for guidance.
