I talked to these ladies, Kristi Lawson ( admission) and I popped up to view the Facilty and I was really surprised. Latonya gave the tour it was not a dirty or pissy smell, the residents was playing bingo and to watch Latonya interact with them was such a relief. I feel good to leave my mom to join them next week ,

I had to bring my friend in due to progressive dementia. The staff have been very helpful and friendly. If something needs to be done, all I have to do is let them know and they do it. La Tonya was such a help when I had to admit him. She cuts up with the patients and I love seeing that. I just want to thank all of the staff there for taking care of my friend.

I’m very pleased with Bay Ridge Healthcare center, it is welcoming and friendly. My dear friend is residing there. The kindness and care for residence is like being with family. They genuinely put so much effort into their jobs that I don’t have to worry about my friend and she speaks very highly of the staff as well. Thank you so much for the love you give all the residents everyday. God bless you

Ever since I made contact with Bay Ridge Healthcare Facility, everyone has been nothing short of friendly, helpful and amazing. My very first encounter was with Kayla Graham who was very helpful and kind with getting me the correct information on trying to transfer my brother from a facility in Ohio to their facility in order to be closer to me and my daughter as he had no family or close friends in Ohio. Excellent staff! As a geriatric healthcare worker Ms. Shawna Brown makes it very easy to coordinate care for patients. She is responsive, follows up promptly, and go above and beyond sure that everything that's needed for admission is complete!
