I can't say enough positive things about my experience at Bay Path Rehab. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a wonderful staff that truly cares about each patient's journey. The therapists, nurses and especially the CNAs were excellent. They were very kind and caring. My only complaint was the food. It was horrible. This is just an example: it is a picture of the “maple syrup”. The other picture is some kind of soft mashed chicken. If you are a facility trying to help people heal feeding them chemicals and over processed food won’t help. My family either brought me meals or I ordered through Door Dash.

Bay path is an exceptional facility . The staff are attentive, go above and beyond, follow through, and treat the patients how you would want your loved one treated. I am beyond impressed with the care and staff at this facility . The therapy department is excellent . It’s one of the best facilities I’ve been to . The staff take their time with patients and you don’t feel like you are part of an assembly line but are cared for as a person . Top notch nursing leadership and staff!

My father was sent here from a toe amputation which took place at BID Plymouth. They stated this was a 5 star rehab facility. Not my experience. He was admitted around 5PM on a Friday. Family left him around 730PM. By 1030PM we received a call that he had fallen out of bed and was ambulanced to BID emergency. What?!? He ended up needing a partial hip replacement. My father is 90. This happened 4 weeks ago and he hasn't been able to come home yet because he still can't walk or get out of bed or chairs unassisted. When he had ... read more
