Simon is without doubt the best Optometrist on the Central Coast. He was understanding and guided me through the eye testing process seamlessly. Compared to the "gimme your health insurance details b4 we give you an appointment" type of service you get at chain stores, at Bay Optical you get quality, independant eye care by a consumate professional.
Beyond happy with my experience! Lost my glasses, and was in a bit of a pickle, but not only were they able to fit me in the day I called, they also had my new glasses within 24hrs! Frames are gorgeous, which I had plenty of advice and recommendations to chose from, and I can see again which definitely helps. Fantastic customer service from the moment I called, and will definitely be back. Thank you for all your help!

Anita and Simon were so helpful in making sure my glasses were fitting my face shape properly. I went in 3 times over 3 days and they remembered me.. they weren't even a pair of glasses from their shop. But you can bet I have now booked my next appointment with Bay Optical
