This office is always running behind, no matter what you are here for. Their customer service is seriously lacking (had to get new glasses last year, was told 10 day, 3 and a half weeks later I called them, claimed they sent them back because they weren't right. I think they forgot to order them and they never called to tell me they sent them back). My frames of a year just snapped today, called and made a 4:30 appointment and got here and was told there was still 2 people around of me...no big surprise since they have never... read more
I'll probably use another supplier as customer service is lacking. I expected a higher level of courtesy. I'm thinking Walmart has had a respectable reputation.
Expect to be challenged on any issue you may have with a new pair of glasses.
