A lovely place with lovely folks! After an especially bad lateral knee dislocation in january i was left using a cane and brace, I started physio with Chantal, She helped me build a workout with a variety of excersizes, adding more difficult ones as sessions went on to continously help rebuild that muscle strength. Definitely recommend 5 stars , Britney greets you with a smile . Very personable ,great atmosphere made a tough time enjoyable recovering from a Meniscus and ACL tear.. Limped in with little to no ability to bend my left knee after 7 weeks thanks to Chantal’s hard work and know how I regained my motion and mobility..Thanks for everything your hard work is definitely appreciated..
Jen is fabulous! Always leave feeling much better she’s knowledgeable and strong with a great sense of humour! Britney is also great to deal with helping me keep my appointments! Awesome atmosphere that delivers results!!
