I had my first appointment with Dr Olena and couldn’t be happier. She was very thorough and is obviously an expert. The whole experience was incredible and I felt very well informed and consulted about my treatment.
I booked in for CO2 fractional laser, and I confirmed the appointment over the phone as I took annual leave off work for 2 weeks for the downtime and also drove 1 hour and 40 minutes one way to get there, and they confirmed the laser treatment would be done 100% on the day of my consultation. On the day of my consultation, the nurse confirmed she would be able to do the treatment but avoid my chin as I had 2 pimples and she said she will be able to do that. From start to finish, her kind, confident and professional manner made me feel that I was in the safest of hands.
