I had a really disappointing experience at Bay Medical Aesthetics. After being quoted a price over the phone, I drove over an hour to get there, only to find out the cost was actually much higher than I expected. On top of that, the price had increased since my booking, even though I scheduled the appointment just before the change. I felt really misled by the lack of clarity, and I can’t recommend them based on this experience.

I had my first appointment with Dr Olena and couldn’t be happier. She was very thorough and is obviously an expert. The whole experience was incredible and I felt very well informed and consulted about my treatment.

I booked in for CO2 fractional laser, and I confirmed the appointment over the phone as I took annual leave off work for 2 weeks for the downtime and also drove 1 hour and 40 minutes one way to get there, and they confirmed the laser treatment would be done 100% on the day of my consultation. On the day of my consultation, the nurse confirmed she would be able to do the treatment but avoid my chin as I had 2 pimples and she said she will be able to do that.
