Worst tax firm ever. We had a tax preparer that we worked with for a few years and he left the company close to end of 2021. Michael Dryer, who is the one that took over. Did not make payments for our federal tax like we told him to now over a year later, we found out we still owe taxes for 2021 plus penalties plus interest. He will be hearing it from my husband and I.

This review is based on their lack of customer service, communication and follow through. I have a simple W2 and no itemizations. They increased their cost of my tax return by $300 WITHOUT telling me. My tax return went from $450 to $750- for a single W2. And it isnt like they did it super fast, filed early or anything. It takes them FOREVER to reply to my emails. I will never ever work with them again.
