Had a great experience with Bobby! We upgraded my dad’s hearing aids, and everything has been wonderful. I see some folks haven’t had great experiences, but ours was the opposite. They cleaned and serviced my father’s hearing aids at no charge and went above and beyond on multiple occasions.
First my Mother was sold a pair of used hearing aids that did not work. After spending over 4k! After several calls they admitted that they were not new. The owner did deliver a new pair to her home, however, after 2 weeks they are not working correctly. She has been told "miss truths" so beware of what you are told by Johnny and Bobby!

They helped my mother with her hearing aids she had problems getting her old ones to work. They realized hers were very old and needed updating. They were able to fit her for newer ones and file through her insurance. She is using the new hearing aids and having great success! They were a big help
