Was happy with my consult and splint for my thumb. However I was lead to believe I could claim my splint on my private health insurance but you have to be an accredited hand therapist, NOT a practitioner in hand therapy. I was not explained the difference and as such I could not claim on my private health insurance. I have had no replies to phone calls or emails about this which is also disappointing.
Very good experience at Bay Hand Therapy when I went there for management of a fractured finger. I saw Graham. He was caring and thorough and always took the time to explain everything very well. He is very skilled and knowledgeable. The clinic is very pleasant to attend. Highly recommended.
