Super nice but highly uncomprehensible. CAN'T EVEN MAKE PAYMENT WITH MOBILE APP. $10 FEE TO PAY BY PHONE AND A 10 MINUTE HOLD TIME IF IT DOESN'T GO TO VOICEMAIL. TRIED ALL OPTIONS.
The best bar none by far Banking and financial lending institution to ever have existed¡ Not kidding. The Nicest tellers , managers , loan officers , etc. Etc. They will bend over backwards and sideways to get you in anything you need. If there were more stars to rate them with I would give em 25 $tar$
Wonderful people, wonderful bank. Small, hometown feel with the same services as the big banks but delivered honestly by genuinely friendly people. I was so glad to get my financial dealings out of Wells Fargo.
Walked in to the Aptos branch on a Friday morning and was immediately helped by Patrick B. He assisted me on refinancing my vehicle and upgrading my current credit card to gold plus. Patrick was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
