I had a very poor customer service interaction with Eugene at Rocket Mortgage trying to find out if a check was issued to me and cleared Rockets account and he seemed lost and told me he could not help with that and I asked for a manager and Eugene stated it would take 24-48 hours to speak to someone then he had the nerve to ask if I wanted to borrow additional money from Rocket very sad that in this day and time with technology you cannot get good help nor good service, very sad..
Excellent!! I can’t recommend Shawn and his team enough. Truly, a pleasure to work with
