I'm on my 5th or 6th mortgage company in the past 9 years. The company servicing the loan keeps changing without my permission but nothing else about the loan does. It's never been a problem right up until this latest one, Rocket Mortgage, which seems to be one of those in the ether internet companies. Great place. Everyone went above and beyond to help my wife and I to gather up everything they needed to get our loan. There were several cases that I had no idea what to do and they took the lead and got what they had to have.
