Is there a zero star option? If so, I choose zero. I wrote a poor review last year regarding Sabina, which has disappeared. Larry Pon did a bait and switch, bringing on new clients, like us, only to sell his practice to Sabina. Sabina failed to file our son's income taxes without notifying him. Sabina Pan is the most knowledgeable, personable, and effective CPA I have ever worked with. She takes the time to understand your business/tax goals, and puts together a tax strategy that makes sense. I have personally seen her save my clients thousands of dollars in taxes that would have otherwise been paid.
