I've been here twice as a new resident and the staff has been so helpful!
Second time this terrible company has come to turn off water when bills have been paid, followed by confusion and an inability to give me a reason why. Then telling me they cannot give me a time for when it will be turned back on. If there was a way to make sure this company was dissolved and reworked from the ground up, I would pray that it happens. Terrible company and some of the most frustratingly inept employees.
Worst company ever!!! The rudest people. I wish there was other companies to switch to. They don't care about customers at all. Worst customer service I've ever encountered.
Water and sewage is the highest I have ever paid anywhere in my life. Can’t wait to move once my temporary job is finished here.
