I had a pleasant experience at the Bay County Tax Office. I know, right? Weird. Weird, in that DMVs and Tax offices are memes and punchlines of jokes. And while that stereotype will persist, I’d be remiss not to shout out Angela at the Bay County Building. She was friendly, efficient, and professional. To what extent it’s possible, she personalized my visit. I hope that I am served by Angela in the future.
Went to the location gave my ID to take a test in the room. Came back out and asked for my id back but she was busy with customers and sent me to another person. I ended up never getting my id back. I called to let them know I didn’t receive it back the lady on the phone was so rude. I told her what the situation was and she went to go look for it and didn’t find anything I asked if that means I have to pay for a new one she said yes.
