Impatient and uncourteous...while waiting for traffic to pass, the driver beeped 2-3 times and when it was safe to go he sped around the corner yelling obscenties...i called the number listed and asked to speak to a manager in charge...I had children in my car and was not repeating the words that were spewn at me by the driver so the person in the office told me i have no valid complaint since i wouldnt repeat what was said...how unprofessional...a simple "i apologize and will look into it" would have been better then scream... read more
Anyone thinking about calling these guys for a cab? Then you might as well start walking. These drivers are the worst.
