I’ve lived here for going on 13 years. Before Ogden took over it was a nice place. Since then there is little to no communication, heat is not provided until you threaten to report them, unit maintenance and repair is worse than poor, they don’t properly remove snow. No hesitation to raise rent, though, they’re on top of that. Last year after a big snow storm all they did was put salt down. No plow, no snow blowing, just a whole lot of salt.
