I never leave any reviews because I am way too shy. There should be more staff working at this venue as last Thursday -- it took me forever to get a towel when I lost mine as there were so many people there last week!
I really appreciate the staff at Bay City for my first-time experience. They made me feel really comfortable, and it has been so long since I felt like this. The only reason I did not give this 5 stars was I felt that the staff there are overworked, and it took me forever to get my drinks because they had to deal with four other customers ahead of me, and they only had two people working at this venue. I was about to visit the place after work to have some fun on Tuesday but your stupid policy of closing after 6 and reopening at 7 changed my mind. I'm not paying twice just because I finish work at 5
