My mom scheduled for my tax appointment for today. When we arrived the taxpayer looked angry at us and tried gaslighting my mom to thinking the appointment was the day before and said she was “waiting” for us for hours. We specifically asked for today and she kept claiming we did not. If that were the case, wouldn’t she have contacted us about the appointment and asked us to reschedule. Do not waste your time here and take your tax work somewhere else to someone who will actually respect your time.
