Note sent to person who recommended Bay Capital; Expectations not met I wanted to reach out to let you know that I ended up using someone else for my refi. Bay Capital did not meet expectations. The bothersome part is that I'm not sure if you are friends with the girl there or not but as someone who vouched for Bay Cap, you should know the results I personally observed.
