87 days without payment and counting. Stopped receiving emails for updates. I have emailed and called, left messages for someone to help and no on wants to help. I emailed back in May asking for a payment update after 30 days, and was told it sometimes takes 60 days. After 60 I have emailed and called and no answer no update and no payment. Still waiting to hear back.
Didn't know where the pick was and couldn't reach them to help us out. 2 months overdue on payments for multiple loads. Can't reach any phone numbers.
DO NOT BOOK A LOAD WITH THEM ..Looking as though the business is folding .. they are not paying to factoring companies or to individuals.. even their FAST PAY option is not coming through.. .. they are not answering emails or phone calls at this point either... PLEASE STAY AWAY.. mark this post.. they will be out of business in 3-6 months ***EDIT UPDATE*** It took 1 broker(Sam) going above and beyond to get me paid.. and I honestly appreciate it.. as a 1 man O/O, every dollar counts!
