Very unprofessional work ethics from certain employees. I made a phone call thinking I’d get an answer, but instead I got transferred to the person/department that was able to help but ended up not speaking to anyone. But a random person answered and hung up on me when I stated who I needed to speak to. Nobody can answer their phones. I always have to listen to the voicemails. It’s a shame, I’ve been a longtime client giving my business to this facility.
Isabella was very helpful in answering all of the questions i had and it didn’t take long either.
Amabel was great and explained the services provided by Bay Atlantic Federal Credit Union to my daughter who opened her account today.
