Usually have a good experience. I come to the Bay Area a lot and most of the time ride the BART. Sundays experience going into San Francisco was absolutely horrible. There was a group of 4 or 5 dads with around 12 kids. I love kids, but this kids were out of control-screaming , hitting, jumping, swinging from the bars!! This lasted the whole 45 minute ride. You would think BART would have someone monitor behavior to stop this because they were putting themselves and everyone in danger. If there was an emergency or if they fe... read more
Very problematic and difficult process to get a ticket or pass to ride. New York, London, Paris, and even Rome are so much easier to use. This is a perfect example of how to make something that is simple and turning into something completely complex! Uber/Lyft is a much better option.
