Raymond was great. Went in to get a look at my fit, he drilled out a new thumb slug, and switched out my grins. I wanted a new bowling ball, and he was happy to talk options. Drilled up a new Phase 2 pearl. Hopefully, it will be perfect for me. Thanks again!
