I have a great experience at Bay Area Physical Therapy. The team was easy to work with. Brenda was interested in my needs. She provided clear instructions and encouragement to complete my exercises. Love the staff there, will definitely return if needed.
This therapy session is my third time I have used Bay Area Physical Therapy over the years. My therapist, Megan, is knowledgeable on the various treatments to get you healed and out the door in returning your everyday routine. The right exercises is paramount for gaining your strength but Megan also does massage therapy in areas where you are hurting to lessen the tightness and soreness of the muscle group.
