This therapy session is my third time I have used Bay Area Physical Therapy over the years. My therapist, Megan, is knowledgeable on the various treatments to get you healed and out the door in returning your everyday routine. The right exercises is paramount for gaining your strength but Megan also does massage therapy in areas where you are hurting to lessen the tightness and soreness of the muscle group. Calm, relaxing, atmosphere and outstanding therapists.
I highly recommend Bay Area P/T, as they take time to listen to the patient and to craft an exercise/therapy program that works. I have also been a patient at their sister location, Lafayette Physical Therapy. At both places I received quality care with great results for the relief of lower back, hip, leg, and foot pain.
