Just being ran for show. They don’t truly help Hillsborough residents in need of representation. Don’t waste your time. They’re obviously just hear taking state funding and throwing out information for you to do the hard work like all the other “state resources.”

Amazing place. The negative reviews are worthless, many of those complaints are from people who didn’t qualify for various reasons. They can only assist with civil issues for low-income people. I have been personally assisted by a couple of attorneys. They really care and take their time.
Atty from senior line helped me with appeal of repayment of social security. I now get more than I ever have. Can't thank her enough. I would have been homeless without the help. Truly a great place to get free legal help. They never charge and give quality care.
This is a joke. I’m on disability and was told by Wendy Vargas that The Family Law Team will not be able to represent or help me get equal custody and rights of my son, because of their limited resources and great number of eligible clients. So they basically saying I’m not an eligible client because I’m disabled which is basically discrimination. Hillsborough County doesn’t have or offer any pro bono lawyers and they expect for people who on fixed incomes to afford these outrageous prices. I will be filing an appeal because... read more
