While looking for an attorney for my sibling’s SSA application, I had a very pleasant conversation with Mr. Holt who requested to see my sibling’s medical records. After emailing those sensitive records, Mr. Holt has not been in touch since, even after I politely requested an update. I understand things come up, but even a brief email stating he couldn’t take the case would have been appreciated.
The attorney I spoke with was very knowledgeable and shared his knowledge freely with me, even though he could not ultimately take my case. I am grateful.
