In 2020, BAIS was used for one of our H1B employees. We paid for premium processing and they deposited our check but never submitted the documents for premium processing. I kept calling Alka to try to solve this and after many phone calls and emails, I finally reached her. She strongly chastised me and told me she would not resolve it as she was too stressed over a death in her family and I should be ashamed for asking them to return our fee. She then hung up on me! I would never recommend working with them. They are very unprofessional and incompetent. They will take all their fees and then will stop responding to calls and emails. I have never seen such unprofessionalism in my life. Alka and their team (Vijeta, Anu) filed our H1 with improper filing and the case got rejected. When we asked for a refund, they stopped responding to calls and emails.
