Unfortunately this firm was a waste of money. They could have reassert my bail and get me out. Instead they kept me in jail and prison and made my family spent so much money and they did not do any investigations into the case or even called me to meet with them to go over the details of the case. On my own I found out there were missing informations and lies were made by me from the previous attorneys. I don’t have enough words to describe what this firm has done for my husband and my family. We are green card holders all because bay area criminal covered all their basis and took care of our criminal record and now we are waiting to apply for citizenship in the next 2 years. I cannot thank David And his team enough for fighting Is so hard for me during my case. Long story short, the government wanted 18 months and Three years of probation. The judge's gavel fell at 8 months home detention And no probation. Thank you again. For never giving up.
